Michael J. Fox To Join ‘Rescue Me’?

Michael J. Fox is in talks to join the cast of “Rescue Me” for the upcoming fifth season, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Fox would join the hit FX show for several episodes as a love interest of Janet (played by Andrea Roth), who is the ex of Denis Leary’s character.
“No deal is done yet,” an FX spokesperson told EW, adding that Fox is indeed considering the role.
If he were to hop on board, it would mark the first major TV appearance for Fox since his 2006 guest stint on ABC’s “Boston Legal.”
The fifth season of “Rescue Me” debuts March 2009.
