It’s a bit past 7 a.m., and Disney’s billion-dollar franchise — Miley Cyrus aka Miley Stewart aka Hannah Montana — is moisturizing up a storm, gobs of the silky stuff oozing from a tube inside a pumpkin-colored purse the size of, well, a pumpkin. “That thing is just huge,” an incredulous Ryan Seacrest says as he talks up the teen queen during her visit to his daily radio show to promote Hannah Montana: The Movie, opening Friday. “What do you keep in there?”
Tennessee-raised Cyrus, 16 going on 36, doesn’t miss a beat. “Well, you know, Ryan, my Bible really weighs a lot.”
